Our operators are available 24/7 to take reservations for your seminars. We answer with your personalized answer phrase prior to taking your caller's information. Additional information, such as meal choices and guests are incorporated into your script.
Automatic tally of reservations
You have the option of limiting the number of attendees for each seminar. Our system will automatically tally the reservations and if a particular date/time has become full our operators will offer the choice of an alternate seminar date or the option to be on a wait list (if requested).
As soon as the stop time for taking reservations for any seminar has passed, the program will automatically email you a roster of names and phone numbers of scheduled attendees. Many clients use this roster as a check-in sheet at their seminars.
CaLLogix will automatically email you a daily recap report of the prior 24 hours activity each day so you can easilly see the progress of your campaign.
Often times a prospect will request additional information from your office prior to making a reservation. We are prepared to take their name and phone number and instantly email you so you may respond directly, or provide answers to common questions right away so you do not risk missing out on the reservation.
We will be happy to call your scheduled attendees two to three days prior to your seminar date. We have found that a gentle reminder call usually results in much better attendance.
We give every seminar client their own website, allowing them to make on line changes to their account or view reports.

Should you require help after normal business hours, our support staff is always available to you.
